WITTENSTEIN aerospace & simulation, a part of WITTENSTEIN group, is a world leader in design, development and production of control loader technology for the aerospace and simulation markets. The control loader systems for simulator applications are based on integrated, high performance servo motors and planetary gearboxes using the latest in helical gear technology, state of the art integrated control electronics and WA&S proprietary software that provides programmable force-feel characteristics. With the appendant software and periphery the control loading systems are suitable for the complete range of application, from PC-based trainers to level D simulators. These active human-machine-interfaces are therefore used in professional simulation, engineering and gaming enviroments.
WA&S offers a variety of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products as well as customized solutions for retrofits and specific simulator designs.
